This place was quite clean, with friendly and welcoming staff, particularly the housekeeping manager Kevin, and had a convenient location for reaching Middletown easily.

Employees were pleasant and happily acceeded to my demand that they close a door to the outdoors, which made it rather cold in the bar area.
The room for our event was very cold and we had to ask that the heat be turned on. I had checked out the room an hour ahead, so there was enough time.

Possibly the best and nice stay with our road trip. Lots of options for breakfast including eggs and bacon. The pool area is nice too. The quick check-in process too. Marvellous and decent location, 27 minutes drive from the airport. Amazing restaurant a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

The staff, especially the housekeeping manager Kevin, were welcoming and pleasant. The location is convenient with a "full-service" restaurant on the premises and close to Connecticut, shopping areas, restaurants, and banks. It's easy to travel to Middletown from here.

Staff is over-the-top friendly and A+ on professional customer service. Rooms are good.
My only complaint is that the WiFi drops and kicks you off a lot, particularly in certain rooms. Certain nights I couldn't get on. When it does work, you have to continually re-authenticate all the time; constantly re-entering the password.

Loved the pool and exercise room, and Latin night downstairs in the restaurant was wonderful and so was the food!!!
Unfortunately we had very loud vulgar neighbors. Can't control that, but the hotel took care if immediately.

Everything was good and everybody were friendly. Definitely will stay there again.
The only think I didn't like was the breakfast. Eggs weren't that good, it had no taste. And bagel weren't old! Everything should be fresh. Hopefully next time!

Staff. Breakfast. Bar and resteraunt on site
Cable was out. Not enough staff at resteraunt. Food took too long to get.

Booked really late, and got good bargain with a friendly staff receiving us at 1 am. Location close enough to highway but far enough not to hear.
Good bargain, but bathroom looked like it could use a refurbishing

The room was great, and the hotel was empty for the holiday, so we had the restaurant to ourselves most of the time. Staff was friendly, helpful.
I guess I am becoming a pillow snob, the squishy pillows at hotels are just miserable. I need a "snore no more" type of pillow with some substance.
